Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, smart TV, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and glass walk-in shower.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis.
• Please note that as this is a private home, guests do not have access to the Owners-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities - commonly called “The Fins Up Club.”
• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 pets allowed. An additional daily pet fee of $35 per pet will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. Violators who leave behind pet waste or cause pet damages may incur additional fees to cover recovery costs. Additional cleaning fees may also be billed as necessary. Remember to "pick up after your pet"!
• This home is located next door to the Margarita Porch Paradise rental, an ideal setup for larger groups when both are booked together.

Margaritaville Resort is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and just 10 miles from
Universal Studios. Guests of the resort have access to onsite restaurants, live music, shopping, and comedy shows. Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is just a quick 15-minute walk away. A shuttle is also available with regular rotations of pick-up and drop-off.
