A screened-in lanai with access from the kitchen and dining area provides fun for the whole group, with inground pool and hot tub, and plenty of seating options should you prefer the sun or shade. A large grill gives you a secondary cooking option to whip up some burgers and hot dogs while remaining poolside.

Inside the home, you will find a bright and airy open floor plan with ample spaces that offer your group the option to spread out as well as find opportunities to come together for memorable moments. Two separate living spaces offer comfortable sofa and armchair seating, whether you’re in the mood for casual conversation or binge watching your favorite shows. You will also be presented with multiple dining options between a formal dining room set with table and chairs for 6, a Disney-inspired dining table just off the kitchen with seating for 8, or a smaller dining table on the lanai with seating for 4. Having just a casual bite? Hop up to the countertop with seating for 3. Speaking of the kitchen, soothing blue cabinets are accented by clean white countertops and appliances, fully equipped and stocked with cookware to give you the option of home cooking or preparing takeout from one of the many fabulous local restaurants.

When you’re ready to take your competitive side to the next level, a game room and bar area offers plenty of ways to heat things up between air hockey, ping pong, darts, or tabletop arcade game. If battling others in video games are more your thing, two Xbox consoles can be found in the living room with large smart TV.

This home comfortably sleeps 14 guests between 5 private bedrooms and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes queen size bed, themed in exciting Animal Kingdom décor.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and separate soaking tub and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 includes 4 twin size beds in bunk format, decorated in adorable Mickey Mouse theme. There is also a play fort tent.

Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed and smart TV.

Bedroom #5 includes a queen size bed and smart TV, featuring décor inspired by The Lion King.

The home also includes 2 additional bathrooms – 1 full bathroom with shower/tub combo and 1 half bathroom.

Outside of Highlands Reserve, there are several options for dining and shopping. Just a short walk away, Berry Town Centre conveniently has a Publix, gas station, bank, restaurants, and bars. SunsetWalk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 7.5 miles away. ChampionsGate is a small resort-city just 8-miles away. The area has a downtown feel with an array of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, specialty stores, and even its own golf course with clubhouse and pro shop.

The major Florida theme parks are also just a skip-and-a-jump away: Magic Kingdom (14 miles), Epcot (14 miles), Hollywood Studios (12 miles), Animal Kingdom (11 miles), Universal Studios (23 miles) and Sea World (18 miles)!
