Vaulted ceilings and a sophisticated light fixture drape the immersive living room, offering plush sofa seating surrounding a large entertainment center with a smart TV. A formal dining room can house 7 while a breakfast nook offers an additional table and seating for 5. For quick bites or serving afternoon hors d’oeuvres, high-top barstool seating for 4 can be found at the kitchen counter. For those seeking to stay out in nature, an al fresco option is available at the outdoor dining table with seating for 6.

All those options will come in handy after whipping up delicious home cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A drip coffee maker will be your first stop in the morning as you plan out your busy schedule.

Bedroom #5 includes 2 twin beds and a smart TV, themed in a magical Disney Princess motif.

Bedroom #6 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, walk-in shower, and large soaking tub.

The home also includes 2 additional full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. Each full bathroom features a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Just 2 miles down the road, Berry Town Centre conveniently has a Publix, gas station, bank, restaurants, and bars. Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 7 miles away. ChampionsGate is a small resort-city just 8 miles away. The area has a downtown feel with an array of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, specialty stores, and even its own golf course with a clubhouse and pro shop.
