Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, smart TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles with additional daytime-only parking on the street as needed. Towing is enforced. Commercial vehicles strictly prohibited.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 pets allowed. The community HOA restricts breeds of Pitbull. A daily pet fee of $35 per pet will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pets.
• Pool heating available for $29 per night with at least 24 hours of advanced notice required. Recommended during winter months only.
• Barbeque rental available for $39.
• This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras. The first is a Ring camera located on the doorbell, actively monitoring the entrance. The second is located on the front right of the home, actively monitoring its right side. The third is located on the front left of the home, actively monitoring its left side.

These incredible accommodations are located just a few miles from all of the exciting parks and attractions this area has in spades, including Epcot, the Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
