The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need for convenient cooking at home. Spend quality time sharing meals at the kitchen island with barstool seating or the formal dining table for 7. This home sleeps up to 13 guests between 5 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.

Bedroom #1 has a smart tv and bunk beds with a queen size bed on bottom and twin size bed on top.
Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom #3 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom #4 has 2 twin size beds and a smart tv.
Bedroom #5 has a queen size bed and smart tv.

THINGS TO NOTE:
The HOA do not admit “commercial vehicle” this is categorize for any company logo on the any type of vehicle. No logos on cars.
The home has an additional half and full bathroom.

-Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested.
