Our 5-bedroom home is the perfect choice for separate families traveling together and large groups of friends. With two completely furnished levels, each with its own kitchen, appliances, and living area, you will have all the convenience, comfort, and space of 2 standalone residences! The upper floor boasts a gourmet kitchen with Fulcor-brand stainless steel appliances, while the ground-floor showcases its own kitchenette with stainless steel kitchen items including a full size fridge for snacks and drinks and a separate wine cooler. Both floors feature a spacious, open living area with plenty of plush seating and a smart TV. Chic coastal design fills each room, you can’t help but relax when you’re hanging out here. Between the stunning interiors, a waterfront pool, and access right onto the water, you may never need to leave! Bedroom #4 has a full size bed, smart tv, and pool deck access.

The home has 4 full bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower.

4 parking spaces are provided between the car ports and driveway. A small boat trailer can be accommodated.

While the dock is available for guest use, the boat lift is not.
