This Mid-Century gem, Hugh Kamptur home was highlighted and shown in two past Palm Springs Modernism tours. As you enter, you’ll definitely notice the fresh, bright, airy feel to the home. It features a contemporary design with custom painted art pieces in every room and authentic Mid-Century period teak furniture.

The floorplan boasts the perfect get-away with bedrooms on opposite sides of the property with all rooms having access to the pool. Great views of the San Jacinto Mountains can be viewed from just about everywhere.

The main living area is open concept, with the entire home wrapping around the beautiful pool area. Every room features floor to ceiling, wall to wall glass sliders to the pool and outside oasis.

Enjoy the frontloaded salt water pool and relax under one of the several colorful umbrellas.

At first glance one notices the impeccable landscaping and inviting pool; but there is more! Beyond the covered patio with a table and chairs, you will discover an amazing Tiki Room with a drink-fridge, a party bar, fireplace, seating, and Mid-Century Tiki/Surf Art, prompting an optimal outdoors entertainment location. Relax and enjoy. The fire-pit with ample seating is the perfect place for stargazing. Off to the right, built into the landscape is a large hot tub; large enough for all of you and an outdoor shower for your convenience. Off the kitchen, in the back yard the large barbeque awaits your use.

Back inside, the living room features ample seating and a Smart TV. Steps away, you’ll notice the eye- catching kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, including washer and drier, and Zebra Wood cabinets. It is equipped with everything you’ll need to whip up signature dishes from this home! A blender, toaster, coffee maker, and ample kitchenware are available for your convenience. A center island with barstools allows for casual dining, in addition to a more formal dining area at the teak table.

This home sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably between 3 private bedrooms. Each space is fully furnished with mid-century modern furniture and eye-catching art features. Luxe linens on each bed ensure everyone has a restful stay.

Bedroom #1, the primary suite, is outfitted with a King bed, TV, patio access, and private en-suite. The en-suite has dual sinks, a stand-up shower and a walk in closet large enough to house a pack-in-play.

In addition to the primary en-suite, the home is equipped with a 2nd full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate half-bath near the entry. Bathrooms are stocked to serve guests.

The property is located in Palm Springs, a city known for its striking desert landscape , dotted by tall palm trees, luxury boutiques, hot springs, and high-end spas. For those who appreciate design, there are many noteworthy examples of mid-century modern architecture in the area. Also in the surrounding area is an array of national parks and reserves to explore! The closest, and perhaps most popular destination in Palm Springs is Coachella Valley, a protected wildlife preserve of more than 20,000 acres with native species of plants and animals. Coachella also has several scenic hiking trails for all levels. Other popular destinations include Joshua Tree National Park (46 miles), San Bernardino (55.miles), Route 62 (10 miles), Twenty-nine Palms (51 miles) the nearby Tahquitz Oasis Canyons, and the Living Desert. There are several grocery options nearby for you to stock the home for your stay! Art Galleries are abundant on the main strip and you’ll find any sort of restaurant you desire as you wander downtown.

Things to note:
- During the colder months of October through May we recommend adding pool heat to your reservation for an additional $100 a day. We heat the pool to a very comfortable 86 degrees F. The pool will be warm and ready for you to enjoy when you arrive!
- In reservations longer than 29 nights, the guest pays the actual cost of utilities. A $1500 utility deposit is required at time of check in and the actual utility costs will be deducted from this deposit within 21 days of departure.
- Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age.
- Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs, with an additional Pet Fee of $35 per day. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing Dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee.

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
