Nestled within a delightful resort in the Ozark Mountains, Rocky Shore Tranquility is a scenic family-friendly getaway. It is a serene respite from the humdrum of city life.

Launch your jet ski or boat from the community boat ramp, paddle boat in the picturesque lake, or show off your skills on the tennis courts and mini golf courses. Make use of the private clubhouse, which has a relaxing hot tub and a beautiful gazebo, offering panoramic views of the lake. A picnic area with large tables and a charcoal grill is perfect for family meals.

Other amenities on the property include canoeing, kayaking, volleyball court, ping-pong table and video games.

Back inside, the home is decorated with modern, and neutral decor. The living room has a comfy oversized sofa that doubles as a sleeper, a smart TV and a spacious private deck with gorgeous lake views.

The adjoining open-plan kitchen is bright and roomy, stocked with cabinetry and appliances. These include a coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven, refrigerator and wineware. The counter provides an extra seating for 4, while the 4-seater dining table is perfect for hearty family meals.

The home accommodates 7 guests in total, between the 2 bedrooms, and sofa sleeper.

#Bedroom 1 comes with a King bed, Smart TV, reading nook, and exterior access door. This room also has access to bathroom 1 with shower/tub combo.

#Bedroom 2 has a King bed, Smar TV, and private en-suite bathroom with a separate shower, and soaking tub.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- A washer/dryer available for guest use.
- 2 parking spaces available parking passes are required and must be placed in the windshield of the car when at the property, the passes will be located in the unit.
- If any rules are broken the guests will be charged a fee by the HOA.

These amenities on the resort are free unless otherwise noted:
- 2 pools, Kayaks, canoes, paddleboats and row boats available for rent, swimming area (gravel, not sand, but you can swim or float on your innertube in the cove, water shoes recommended), boat ramp, overnight boat trailer parking.

Equipment for:
- Shuffleboard, horseshoes, pickleball, tennis, mini golf, volleyball, basketball, tetherball, nature trail.

Activity center with:
- Coin-operated arcade games, pool table & air hockey. Ping pong table, kids fishing poles, DVDs you can check out to watch in the condo, games and puzzles you can check out and bring back to the condo, giant outdoor Jenga, chess, checkers
- Bingo and movie nights.
- Movie theatre where you can watch DVDs complete with theatre chairs and surround sound, business center with computer and printer.
- Charcoal grills and picnic tables available at the clubhouse (our unit will not have an outdoor grill).

- As a thank you for booking your reservation with us here in the Branson area, we wish to include with each reservation, (2) complimentary tickets to your choice of one of the shows at, “The Hughes Brothers Theatre.”
All shows are subject to change, no cash value, theatre controls the schedule.

Parking pass must be displayed at all times throughout your stay. Guests are subject to fines if the pass is not displayed
No bumper or hitches can be extended over the sidewalk.
No items can be above the bed of the truck or cars. This includes tool boxes, kayaks.
No vehicle wraps or commercial vehicles.
No dually trucks.
No over size vehicles.
No trailers other than boat trailers.
The home is located 1.5 miles south of Kimberling City, famous for the crystal-clear shores of Kennel Branch Cove, near Table Rock Lake. Scenic nature trails abound the property, ideal for leisurely hikes and bird-watching.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
