WHAT’S UP WITH YOUR PUP?
Thank you for your interest in our home, Northstar Vista! Unfortunately, one of us is extremely allergic (like, throat closes bad) to dog and cat hair. Thus, pets are not permitted at the residence - we ask that you consider this prior to booking.

There’s no problem finding your way to this massive mountain home. Welcome to Northstar Vista, a large property that is mere minutes from Northstar California Resort. With 4 bedrooms, a designated game room, a spacious living area, and proximity to nearby attractions, this retreat becomes perfect for a group who is looking to enjoy it all - and then some!

The sizable living room is complemented by floor-to-ceiling windows providing tons of natural light across the living and dining space (and the view ain’t bad either). After a day on the slopes, this space is perfect to come back to. Turn on the fireplace and defrost on the large sectional while watching one of your favorite movies via the smart TV.

The spacious kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and everything you may need to whip up a delicious meal from home. Extra appliances like a coffee maker and toaster are also available for your convenience. Additional features like a butler's pantry, extended countertop, and wine fridge, make this kitchen especially ideal for a large group. Pack extra snacks away in the butler's pantry to maintain an organized kitchen and use the extra counter for prep space or an assembly line for lunch! The design of this home masters functionality for multiple people. Steps away, a separate dining room has a table for 6.

The home sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably between 4 private bedrooms, each sporting their own view of the landscape outside. Each bedroom is furnished with cozy linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay. There are also a total of 4 full bathrooms spread between the 2 floors that are fully stocked to serve guests. A shower/tub combo is available in one bathroom for the kids and a soaking jacuzzi tub is the icing on the cake for a relaxing evening. The other 2 bathrooms have standing showers.

- Bedroom #1 (The Primary Suite), located upstairs, has a Queen bed and en-suite. The spacious en-suite features a large vanity and walk-in shower.
- Bedroom #2 and Bedroom #3 are both downstairs. Each of these bedrooms has a Queen bed and access to the outside deck.
- Bedroom #4 is configured with 2 Twin beds.

And if there wasn’t enough space for family fun, downstairs you will also find a designated game room with a pool table, board games, fireplace, and deck access. There’s no huffing or puffing about getting snowed in here!

THINGS TO NOTE:
• The washer/dryer is available for guest use.
• A free shuttle to/from the village during the winter and summer seasons is available. A reservation via the Northstar app is required.
• There is parking available on the driveway and in the garage.
• A bear box is located outside for safe trash disposal.
• We are proud to say our home is accessible in many ways for those with disabilities and special needs. However, we are sorry to say that one of us is extremely allergic to dog and cat hair. We ask that you consider this prior to booking, as guests are at risk of eviction without refund and additional cleaning fees.

Truckee is a small town in Northern California with some big-time soul becoming a hotspot for outdoor enthusiasts with its access to an endless list of outdoor attractions. The Northstar Property Owners Association (NPOA) has granted guests of this property 2 passes to use the resort pool, tennis courts, basketball court, bocce ball courts, and fitness center - to name a few. Contact the NPOA for current hours of operation and rates. In just 5-minutes, you can be at Northstar California Resort, a popular destination for avid skiers and mountain bikers that offers additional offerings such as; spas, pools, kids camp, and more! In addition to these great amenities, the property is close to several attractions and activities including; The Grand Lodge Casino (13.5 miles), Northstar Ice-skating Rink (3-minutes), and Northstar Golf Course (2-minutes). Enjoy Historic Downtown Truckee, less than a 15-minute drive and offers shopping, dining, and historic walking tours. Drive to picturesque Lake Tahoe in 12 minutes.
