Inside, the home is spacious and airy, ideal for hosting get-togethers with friends and family. On cozy nights, gather in the living room for a movie night, while steps away, the fully-stocked kitchen awaits to meet your every need from morning coffee to a delicious gourmet dinner. The unique design of this home , with winding staircases and relaxing spaces tucked into each level, provides your group with plenty of space to spread out and unwind.

This home sleeps 10 guests between 5 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king size bed, large private balcony, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 has 2 twin size beds and smart TV.
Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed and writing desk.
Bedrooms #4 has a queen size bed.
Bedroom #5 has a king size bed.

THINGS TO NOTE:
This home has multiple levels with many staircases, short and long. Ranging from 8 steps to 14 steps.

If a private pool isn't enough, there are 2 pools within the community along with tennis courts and pavilions that guests have access to.

Spicewood does not have any grocery stores, only convenience stores with essentials. We recommend stopping in Bee Cave/Lakeway or Marble Falls on your way in for larger grocery stores (both about 20 miles from Spicewood).

For activities in the immediate area, we’d recommend Krause Springs with natural swim areas; Cypress Valey Canopy Tours, Grelle Recreation Area, and Muleshoe Bend Recreation Area where you can rent kayaks and stand-up paddleboards.

There is no direct access to the lake or boat launch within the community. Lake levels will affect the views of the water from this home. The home has an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo, as well as a half-bathroom. Additional Refrigerator/Freezer in Laundry Room. Washer and Dryer in Unit.

Parking space for up to 4 vehicles is available in the driveway.

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval and may be subject to an additional fee.

The home is situated just minutes from the Colorado River Arm of Lake Travis, so guests can easily have adventures on the water with boat rentals available nearby. Once on the water, guests can explore the waterways or try their hand at water skiing and wake boarding.

Other notable locations include Downtown Marble Falls which has a walkable district with local restaurants and independent shops, as well as Horseshoe Bay with awesome lake activities, fine dining, and breathtaking trails. If you want to venture further, the thriving city of Austin is just under an hour away making for an easy day trip to explore a unique urban culture.
