- Parking space for 3 vehicles is available between the carport and driveway. 1 can park under the carport and 2 in the driveway.

- If you are bringing a pet - please note that the Pet Fee is not included in the total price paid at booking. An additional Daily Pet Fee of $35 will be applied after booking is complete. A maximum number of 2 pets can be brought to this property. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us. To avoid fines, please make sure your pet is on a leash and that you pick up after your pet.

Make the most of your easy access to Palm Springs which has plenty to explore from its central shopping district with vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants, and art galleries to nature adventures like hiking, horseback riding, and biking. The mountains are within easy exploring distance with the popular Palm Springs Ariel Tramway 25 minutes from the house and of course much more to visit in the surrounding areas. Demuth Park has lots of amenities like pickleball and is walking distance from the home!
