Welcome to Bayside Bliss! A luxurious 2-storey retreat, occupying a spot in the breath-taking East Bluff neighborhood of Newport Beach.

It offers the solitude and beauty of natural California in a location close to a myriad of attractions. Luxuriate in sparkling outdoor pools, dine in elegant, cliff-side restaurants and spend all day on soft, sultry sands — the home is made for relaxing long-term (30 day +) stays!

The living room is bright, open and calming, featuring white-washed walls, earthy hues and wood-polished elements. A comfy seating arrangement and invites you for a cozy family time.
Large window views and glass sliders open onto a stunning outdoor patio, where you curl up on 4 garden chairs that surround a crackling firepit. Take in mesmerizing views of the back-bay and rolling meadows. The charming 6-seater dining table calls you for delightful al-fresco meals.

Back inside, an additional living area sits on the upper floor. This is a space of high, vaulted ceilings, dewy white interiors and glossy wooden accents. A roaring indoor fireplace keeps you company on wintery evenings, as wide picture windows offer a backdrop of unforgettable landscapes.
Relax on an L-shaped couch, unwind before a smart TV, and enjoy intimate feasts at a 6-seater dining table.

Whip up homemade recipes in the spacious, well-equipped custom designed kitchen. It comes stocked with modern, stainless-steel appliances such as a blender, stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. The 2 bar chairs next to it are perfect for sundown cocktails.

From multiple study desks and Wi-Fi, there’s a host of facilities for digital nomads and guests working remotely.

The home sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 and bedroom #2 are located on the lower floor: one with a full-size murphy bed and the other with a queen-size bed. Both share a full bathroom with a stand-up shower.
The top floor features #3 master bedroom with a king-size bed and common en-suite bathroom with large shower and jacuzzi tub.

THINGS TO NOTE:

-There’s an additional bathroom for guest use.
-The home is not a primary residence. It’s for secondary use only that can be rented for 30 days or more at a time.
-A security deposit will be required.
-A washer/dryer is provided.
-Parking is available.
-EV charger in the garage.
-Central AC and heat.
-Key provided for HOA pools
-Keep doors and screened windows closed to avoid insects.
-Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs, with an additional Pet Fee of $250. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing Dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee.

Bayside Bliss is tucked away in Upper Newport Bay Nature Preserve and Ecological Reserve — a sprawling 752-acre open space, home a bounty of flora and fauna. You’ll find plant communities of all manner, from coastal sage scrubs to grasslands. Keep a close eye for the rare San Diego Cactus Wren, The California Gnatcatcher and Burrowing Owl — you’re in a haven for bird-watching.

Adventure junkies will delight in exploring nearby hiking trails. Other attractions include horseback riding, biking, marvelous evening walks and the fine beaches of Newport Beach.

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
