Grand Welcome of Pagosa Springs is owned and operated by Erika and Halton Williams. With a successful short-term rental operation already in place in Pagosa Springs, where the family owns a mountain home to escape to, Grand Welcome was a natural fit. In addition to 12+ years of experience in real estate and property management, Erika has successfully operated the rental of their mountain home with the help of her dad, Chas, as local boots on the ground management in Pagosa Springs. “We’ve learned a lot over the past couple of years – from permitting, to achieving 5-star guest reviews. We’ll provide the same ownership mentality that we have with our second home, to all of our owners’ assets.”
