Welcome to Mahana 617! This oceanfront one bedroom, one bath condo sleeps 2-4 features stunning panoramic views of the ocean, beach and outer islands from the living room, dining area, bedroom, and lanai. Living Room highlights include 65" HD TV, blu-ray DVD player, and large sectional with queen sofa bed. The bedroom boasts a 42" HD TV, DVD player, and King plush mattress. Kitchen has granite countertops with updated appliances and the bathroom features a large tiled walk-in shower. This unit also includes a workspace with free Wi-Fi and printer. Additional extras include central air-conditioning, washer dryer, free long distance to US and Canada, as well as no resort or parking fees.

The Mahana Resort will be replacing the roof of the Lanai Building starting in early April, 2024. Limited noise is expected on the 6th floor, however hot water will be shut down for 8 hours, 4 days per week (construction hours). Additionally, the building provided HVAC will be shut down for an estimated 2-months. This Condo already provides Solar Blinds and Blackout Curtains but for the duration of the HVAC shutdown, we have provided ___ 10,000 BTU portable Air Conditioners (vented through the sliding doors). During the HVAC shutdown, we will offer guests an additional 15% discount from standard rates.
