The living room is undoubtedly the heart of this home with a trifecta of noteworthy custom accents. The gorgeous floor-to-ceiling wood burning fireplace with original stone is the feature of the room. The space also highlights peaked wooden-plank ceilings that promote a warm but grand feel. Lastly, large windows on two exterior walls allow for endless natural light that illuminates the rest of the main floor. In addition to the beautiful features, there is ample seating and a smart TV.

The kitchen has direct sightlines to the dining area and living room, allowing the main floor to have an organic flow for guests to enjoy time together. The kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need to whip up delicious meals from home. A coffee maker, toaster, and additional items are also available for guest use. The extended counter with multiple barstools allows for extra prep space or casual dining. Adjacent to the kitchen, a large dining table with 8 chairs is sure to host memorable meals together.

Before running to claim your bedroom, take a peek at what awaits outside. The large side deck has a covered gas grill and the back deck a private hot tub, a perfect recipe for an evening and outdoor living. You can even dine al fresco at the outdoor dining table with seating for 6.

The home sleeps up to 7 guests comfortably between 3 bedrooms. Each room is fully furnished with cozy linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.

Bedroom #1 is outfitted with a King bed, deck access, and an en-suite. The en-suite is equipped with a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3 is configured with a Twin-over-Twin bunk bed and a Twin bed with a Twin Trundle

An additional full bathroom with shower/tub combo serves guests in Bedrooms #2 and #3. A 1/2 bathroom with an adjoining mudroom is also stocked to serve guests.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- There is parking space for up to 5 vehicles; 1 in the garage and 4 on the driveway
- A bear box is located at the end of the driveway for safe trash disposal

The home is located on the west of Lake Tahoe’s northern shore, promoting both a lake and mountain vibe. The location gives plenty of opportunities for water activities and excursions during the summer. In the cooler months, hit the slopes at Homewood Resort, the closest resort to Lake Tahoe which is just 5.6 miles away. The resort offers several runs featuring “peak to shore skiing”, dining options, and once-in-a-lifetime views. Also within 15-minutes is the renowned Palisades Ski Resort, home of the 1960 Winter Games. The unique terrain offers outdoor enjoyment in any season with several hiking trails, bike paths, paintball, and more! Over a dozen noteworthy dining options can be enjoyed in downtown Tahoe City, just a 5-minute car ride away!
