Hemlock Hideaway is conveniently located just outside peaceful Sevierville, offering easy access to a variety of local shops, restaurants, wineries and distilleries.

Relax with the whole family - the house comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with its 3 private bedrooms and full over full bunk bed in the game room.

The main level features a beautiful kitchen stocked with everything you need, a plush, comfortable living room with Smart TV and 3 bedrooms - Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, deck access and ensuite bathroom with shower. Bedrooms #2 and #3 each include a plush queen size bed.
The lower level game room has a full over full bunk bed, shuffle board, board games and easy access to the deck, as well as a private bathroom with soaking tub.

On the deck, you’ll find a private sauna and hot tub to enjoy after hiking and exploring Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

Pets: Must be pre-approved. If pets are authorized, fees are collected after booking confirmation. Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.
Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
Lost & Found: $25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
Legal: Violation of rules may result in eviction without refund. By booking, you agree to all rules and regulations.
