The home is perfect for a large family or group who is looking to relax and explore the beauty of Truckee and surrounding areas. Upon entering, head upstairs to enter the heart of the home, a large living room with a floor-to-ceiling brick fireplace, mounted smart TV, and beams of natural light from the large windows that open up to the deck and lush greenery.

Back inside, the kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and cookware to whip up a delicious meal from home. Steps away, the dining table for 6 is perfect for family-style dining or game night. From the dining area, you have access to a large deck from a sliding glass door.

The home sleeps up to 10 people comfortably between 4 spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom is fully furnished with neutral decor and cozy linens to ensure you and your fellow guests have a restful stay.

Bedroom #1 is located on the ground floor and has a King bed, a beautiful stone fireplace feature, and an en-suite. The en-suite has a double vanity and shower/tub combo.

The remaining 3 bedrooms are on the main living floor and have access to a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2 has a Double-over-Double bunk bed
Bedroom #3 has a Queen bed
Bedroom #4 has a King bed

THINGS TO NOTE:
- A bear box is located at the end of the driveway for safe trash disposal.
- The washer/dryer is available for guest use.
- There is space for up to 3 vehicles; 1 in the garage and 2 in the driveway.
- 4WD/Snow Tires are required to get up the driveway in months with snowfall.

Truckee is a small town in Northern California with some big-time soul becoming a hotspot for outdoor enthusiasts in recent years because of its access to an endless list of outdoor attractions:
- 20 minutes to Northstar, Boreal, Soda Spring and Palisades Tahoe (under 15 minutes to Donner Ski Ranch and Sugar Bowl)
- 15 minutes to premier granite walls for top rope and sport rock climbing.
