Grand Welcome of Central Arkansas is locally owned and operated by Jeff Lutz. An avid traveler, Jeff has visited four continents, 20 countries, 46 states, and two U.S. territories. Since 2019, he’s proudly called Arkansas “home”.
One of the main reasons he is so fond of the area is that it is big enough to feel metropolitan but still offers the charm of a small town. Jeff has been in real estate for the past 12 years, is a licensed broker, and runs his own real estate brokerage, Arkansas Vacation Rental Property Management.
