Easy driving distance to natural treasures like Yosemite National Park and Stanislaus National Forest, Lakeview Villa also boasts priceless views of its own, overlooking tree-filled valleys with peaks of natural waterways in between. You’ll have front row seats for the show each night as the sun sets on the horizon, leaving behind a brilliantly colored sky.

The home’s back patio is furnished so you can make the most of the stunning property with outdoor dining, firepit, and grill. Follow the winding path and stairs just down the hill to the home’s private, inground pool where you can lounge poolside, take a dip, or gather under the gazebo to visit in the fresh air.

Gorgeous views continue to be a main highlight from inside the home where spacious areas for relaxation await. Large windows fill the living area with natural light which becomes especially beautiful near golden hour. Couches, armchairs, and recliners are arranged near the fireplace and woodstove so there is a cozy place for everyone in your group to unwind. Some can enjoy a movie on the smart tv, while those that find inspiration in the kitchen can make use of the open range stove, dual ovens, and large kitchen island to prepare luxurious meals at home. 2 barstools at the kitchen counter offer a casual place to gather, while the 2 dining tables are ready to host formal meals with seating for 12 total.

Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with king size bed, smart tv, wood stove, and panoramic views through large windows and sliding glass doors which lead onto the home’s spacious patio. The suite also has an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 is furnished with a queen size bed.

Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Bedroom #4 has a queen size bed.
