The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

• Driveway parking available for up to 2 vehicles.
• The pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day. At least 24 hours advanced notice is required.
• This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras. The first is located in the driveway, actively monitoring the front gate entry. The second is mounted on the front corner of the house, actively monitoring the front yard and parking area. The third is mounted on the doorbell, actively monitoring the home’s entrance.

A 10-minute drive will take you to Downtown Palm Springs with its central shopping district including vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants, and art galleries. The mountains are of course nearby with the popular attraction of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, plus nature trails for hiking, horseback riding, and biking all around.
