The living room offers plush sofa seating, a large smart TV, and even a gas fireplace to turn the room into a cozy place to watch movies during the cooler months. The open floor plan creates synergy between rooms to keep the conversation flowing, with the dining room and table just steps away. With seating for 6, it’s perfect for formal meals as well as casual bites, or perhaps a family game night. Additional high-top seating for 4 can be found on the kitchen island, an ideal space for serving up afternoon hors d’oeuvres. The kitchen itself is a chef’s dream, fully equipped with cookware, dining ware, and all appliances including a gas stove and a double oven.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a California king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and separate soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a TV.

Bedroom #3 is located via a separate entrance at the front of the home and includes a queen size bed, TV, mini fridge, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.

The private pool can be heated at an additional cost of $100 per day. Please contact us if you are interested in pool heat at least 48 hours in advance of your expected need.
