Living Desert zoo & gardens

A great family-friendly activity is to visit the Living Desert Zoo & Gardens.  The entity specializes is desert conservation and includes over 450 species of animals in their natural settings.  The botanical gardens mimic geographic areas from Baja California’s Viscaino Desert to the exotic deserts of Madagascar.  During a visit, guests may also check out the interactive Discovery Center, a Wildlife Wonders animal presentation, and natural trails.
