Welcome to Mountain Top Villa, a fitting name for a home with spectacular views of the rolling hills beyond. This meticulously kept property is a haven for those who desire comfort and serenity in a getaway.

The home features tall ceilings throughout with the peak ceilings being a highlight of the main living space. The open-concept layout allows for an organic flow of conversation among guests and an ideal design for entertaining. The living room boasts a smart TV, and deck access. Step outside onto the large deck and be greeted by a stunning view. The deck is the perfect place to start and end each day with a dining set and BBQ.

Back inside, a full kitchen comes equipped with everything you may need to whip up meals from home. A full suite of stainless steel appliances is an attractive upgrade and there's a blender, toaster, and coffee maker all available for your convenience. The kitchen island with 3 barstools is ideal for extra prep space or doubles as the perfect gathering area with fellow guests. Steps away, more formal dining can be enjoyed together at the designated dining room with a table for 7.

A 1/2 bathroom on the first floor is conveniently located to accommodate guests.

The home sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably between 2 spacious bedrooms, and loft. Each room is furnished with crisp linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.

- Bedroom #1 is decked out with a King bed, TV, and en-suite. The en-suite offers a shower/tub combo.
- Bedroom #2 is outfitted with a Queen bed, TV, and en-suite. The en-suite has a stand-up shower.
- Loft is outfitted with 2 Queen beds.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Wifi can be spotty so do not rely on it.
- The fireplace is not for guest use.
- A laundry room with a washer/dryer is available for guest use.
- There is parking available for 3 vehicles in the driveway. NO STREET, BOAT or TRAILER PARKING.
- This home is in a community where rules are strictly enforced. Parties and loud noise are not permitted.
-Guest pool is located 1 mile away at the clubhouse - note: the pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
-The pool located across the street is NOT available to guests.
"Strictly Enforced". This pool is monitored by security cameras and guests will be fined for violation.

All shows are subject to change, no cash value, theatre controls the schedule.

Guests are welcome to use the clubhouse with amenities like a gym, communal pool, and card tables. The home is 8 miles from historic downtown Branson, an area dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events. Guests who enjoy the outdoors are encouraged to take a hike to the “Top of the Rock” or explore nearby Table Rock Lake, both are the same distance. Silver Dollar City, less than 25 minutes away, is a 61-acre amusement park with an 1880’s theme. And if you’re up for a round of golf, the Buffalo Ridge Springs Course is less than 1.5 miles away!

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
