Pet friendly at Grand Welcome Corona Del Mar

Miles of hiking trails, numerous beaches, and several dog parks make Corona Del Mar a great place to bring your 4-legged companion on vacation with you – and we welcome them at Grand Welcome Corona Del Mar!  We currently have 3 properties that are dog-friendly, so hopefully, you won’t have any problems finding that perfect place to stay.

We require a phone confirmation and charge a small pet fee, so please give us a call at (888) 780-4809 if you plan to bring your dog.  We are happy to help during or after you’ve already made your booking.

Newport Beach allows leashed dogs on ocean front beaches between 10:00 am and 4:30 pm.  Leashed dogs can also be on bayfront beaches between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.

• Remember to pick up after your pet

• Do not bring a puppy to the beach until they have had all their required vaccinations

• Be sure that your dog’s required vaccinations are current for the health of all dogs on the beach

• Be sure your dog is wearing a current license on their collar from the County Department of Animal Services

Checklist for Traveling Dogs:  Make sure you are fully prepared so your entire family, including the furry ones, have the best vacation possible!

• Carrier and sturdy leash with an I.D. tag

• Food, treats, food and water bowls, can opener

• Some type of comfortable bedding

• Don’t forget any medicine needed

• Tip – Bring a chew toy and you’ll save a piece of furniture!
