Welcome to Fall Creek Bungalow, a beautiful walk-in unit. With its prime location, and quality furnishings, this home truly gives you everything you need and more!

The home has been tastefully decorated with decor and accents that complement the space. The open-concept layout allows everyone to join in on the conversation and is ideal for entertaining. The living space features a Smart TV, a Queen-size sofa sleeper, electric fireplace, and access to the outside balcony. Enjoy peaceful mornings, and starry nights on the covered patio that has a view of the Lake, and Point Royale golf course.

Back inside, there is a formal dining table for 4. An extended counter offers additional counter seating, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook up some signature dishes from home. A blender, toaster, and coffee maker are just a couple of the extra items available for your convenience.

The home sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably between 1 private bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. An additional guest may sleep on the twin rollaway bed within the home. The bedroom is furnished with luxe linens to ensure a restful stay.
- The bedroom has a Queen bed, and Smart TV. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- There is unassigned parking right in front of the property for up to 1 vehicle in the community lot.
- A washer/dryer in the condo is available for guest use in the kitchen.
-Resort amenities are not accessible to guests.
- As a thank you for booking your reservation with us here in the Branson area, we wish to include with each reservation, (2) complimentary tickets to your choice of one of the shows at, “The Hughes Brothers Theatre.”
All shows are subject to change, no cash value, theatre controls the schedule.

The property is located in the Fall Creek Resort, walking distance to the entrance to Lake Taneycomo which has year-round trout fishing. Just 8 minutes away is Table Rock Lake offers activities like swimming, fishing, boating, water skiing, tubing, and more! When you’ve had your fill of fun in the sun, the home is close to an array of attractions including Branson Mountain Adventure (1.9 miles), Titanic Museum (3.3 miles), Aquarium at the Boardwalk (3.7 miles), Silver Dollar City (8.5 miles), and more! Historic Downtown Branson is around 7 miles away and is dotted with restaurants and specialty stores. It’s common to stumble upon live music, a festival, or other noteworthy events while downtown. This list is just the tip of the iceberg, the activity list in Branson is truly endless!

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
