City of Tahoe House Rules

We hope you and everyone else around you has a wonderful experience in South Lake Tahoe.  To ensure everyone has a great time, please take a moment to read through the Tahoe House Rules:

1.  Persons under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult guardian or parent at all times while at the property.

2.  Quiet hours are always in effect and excessive noise is prohibited.

3.  Parties of any kind are prohibited on the property.

4.  Smoking is never allowed at this property.

5.  Hot tub use (if the unit has a hot tub) is prohibited between the hours of 10:00pm and 8:00am.

6.  Trash must be stored in the bear proof trash enclose on site.

7.  Please do not more or rearrange the furniture.

8.  Parking on the street is strictly prohibited at all times.  All vehicles must be parked in the paved driveway or garage, if one is available.

9.  There can be no more than the specified number of people at this property at any given time.

10.  If you are bringing an authorized pet – the pet fee is not included in the total price.  An additional pet fee will be applied after booking is complete.  Contact us for questions or concerns.

11.  Guests who fail to follow the rental agreement and posted property rules will be required to vacate the premises with NO REFUND, and can result in fines up to $2,000.
