Whale watching during season is pretty epic from this front row seat and year-round you can see lots of Hawaiian green sea turtles in the clear waters. This Penthouse is one of the very few Maui Penthouses on the entire coastline, that have both North and South looking views, so yes sitting on the Lanai's you will be enjoying the spectacular Maui sunsets every night. When you are out on the Ocean / Beach Front Lanai's, whether it is with your morning coffee or tea, your favorite afternoon beverage, or that glass of wine you will be in your peaceful and relaxing place with the sound of the calming waves soothing your soul. Yes, this is truly a paradise. We try and blend the Hawaiian and the Hawaiian Penthouses with modern touches, such as Stainless-Steel appliances for a modern sleek look. Fully stocked kitchen, King Beds in all Bedrooms, Wi-Fi, and of course a Washer & Dryer so you may pack light and enjoy your weeks to months in our Maui Penthouses. Maui Penthouses do not have AC; however, we have the Hawaiian Tradewinds that brings in the cool breeze. And of course, we have ceiling fans and extra fans throughout the penthouses, if our guests ever want extra air circulation. Maui Penthouses is a tropical paradise with easy shoreline access, there is a beautiful oceanfront pool and spa also a covered pavilion area with BBQ grills. Maui Penthouses location is between the Downtown Restaurants of Kaanapali Resorts (1 to 2 minutes away), and the Kapalua Resort with their fine golf courses. Right next to us is the Honok?wai Beach Park. Literally across the street you have a few of the locals favorite Restaurant’s (The Fish Market Maui is one of them), and the Farmers Market Maui Store. There are so many reasons to stay at Maui Penthouses, here are just a few that we felt are mandatory for a true Hawaiian Paradise Vacation.

Incredible Location 5 minutes to Kapalua.

Incredible Direct Ocean/Beach View, we did not want to see Condo’s across from ours, and looking at us. After all we come to Hawaii for the Beautiful Ocean, not another Condo unit.

We wanted Penthouses. In the resorts or other Vacation Rentals we were so tired of listening to the people above pounding their feet, and or the endless movement of the furniture. It can be so annoying, so Penthouses only.

Both the Master Bedroom, and Living Room to have Ocean/Beach direct views with Lanais. Again, we come to Hawaii for the Beautiful Ocean, the Master and Living Room Incredible views is a Mandatory for us.

We bring these things up because we found so many places did not have these. These are just some of our thoughts that Gracie and I think of what a Hawaiian Paradise should be.
