The home is surrounded by sprawling manicured lawns, with a sizzling BBQ and a 4-seater al-fresco table on your private tiled lanai.
The living room is bright and airy, with large windows allowing plenty of natural light. Wooden fixtures and tasteful interiors add to the charm and a comfy seating area surrounds the smart TV.
Whip up your favorite recipes in the open-plan kitchen. Kitted with modern cabinetry and granite countertops, it has stainless-steel appliances, including a coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven and refrigerator. Enjoy an evening of cocktails on the 3 bar stools and dig into cozy family meals at the 6-seater dining table.
The house accommodates 7 guests in 3 rooms — all tastefully designed and furnished with linens. Each bathroom is stocked with Simple Human dispensers with shampoo, conditioner, and shower soap.
Bedroom #1 is the master, with a California king-size bed, a smart TV and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. It also features a lanai with stunning views and a 2-seater coffee table.
Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #3 comes with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. This bedroom is located on the ground floor, no stairs required.
The Livingroom comes with a Full-size sofa sleeper, which can accommodate one more guest.

WE’LL BE BACK !!! LOVED IT!

My husband and I were fortunate enough to find this gem of a condo, that we called home for our first visit to the big island. It had everything we needed and then some. The secure condo complex is conveniently located, close to the beach, shopping, golf courses, island exploring, etc.
The decor is well done, tropical feel, not overdone, the furniture is comfortable, in great condition, and it was so easy to relax while we were here. Appliances look new, I loved that the fridge had an ice maker and there was filtered water available, so we could fill our water bottles every morning with fresh cold water.
The pool, spa and gym looked lovely, although we never had the opportunity to check them out. Next time! The grounds of the complex are well maintained, beautiful plants, flowers and birds galore.
The back patio table is the perfect setting to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with your favorite beverage and enjoy a beautiful Hawaiian sunset.
We did take advantage of having a washer and dryer to use, along with the coffee pot, both were nice perks and well appreciated.
We look forward to returning to the big island in the near future and this condo will be our first choice to call home once again. What a gem!

Golf Get Away

This was my first trip to the Big Island, although I am a seasoned traveler. I am also a retired Law Enforcement Officer so when I travel I am extremely perceptive to safety and my surroundings. This condo is located in a safe quiet area, my wife and I had no worries while out and about. The condo amenities are complete, just add food, drinks, and your family and friends. The interior was clean and well stocked with everything you need. We played golf at the Kona Country Club which is a short 5 minute drive away, absolutely gorgeous course and views. Also played at the Waikoloa Golf Club which was a 45 min drive, but equally stunning.
A shopping center and restaurants are a 5 minute walk from the condo, although it is up a hill. You can walk, or drive, to the beach area and view the sunsets. We saw whales and sea turtles. A short 20 minute drive there is a Costco where we stocked up on some lunch and dinner items so we didn’t have to eat out every night. There is a very active night life along the beach businesses, or you can stay in and enjoy the well maintained pool, hot tub, and common area. The condo has a bbq on the patio although I personally didn’t use it.
This condo is first class, a great place to stay.

Look No Further!!!!!

This clean, well maintenance two-story condo rivals high end hotels and resorts without the crowds. It is located between walking distance from the seaside town of Kona where good food, shopping and entertainment can be found; and Keauhou Shopping Center where restaurants, grocery store and shops are. A keycode is needed to enter this peaceful complex; a complex that includes hot tub and pool, ample parking spots in front of condo entrance, and native plants throughout. Upon entering the condo, beautiful modern Hawaii décor can only be matched by the ocean view and tropical breeze. Place comes with stocked kitchen, extra linen including beach towels, washer/dryer, BBQ with outdoor table facing the ocean and three large bedrooms. Master bathroom includes soaker tub, extra-large shower and private balcony that will challenge your will to leave the place. The three showers have shampoo/conditioner/soap dispensers, and all mattresses are comfortable! In addition to W-Fi, there are coolers to use include other items that can be borrowers for outdoor activities. There many more wonderful features about this place and not enough space to write about. Bottom line is you will NOT be disappointed and is the perfect place to create wonderful lifelong memories! Great location; clean and comfortable condo

The vacation rental was spotless and we were all extremely happy with the location. The family and I kept commenting how this place feels like home. The gift basket upon arrival, extra bonus for us when traveling all day with young kids. The condo had every thing we needed for our young family. I\'m a mom of two young kids and loved that the condo came with beach chairs/umbrella/sand toys/beach towels/cooler. Quick walk to the beach, so nice in the mornings with our 5 year old. We would walked down with my coffee in hand and play in the tide pools in the morning. On site gym was amazing. My husband and I were still able get our daily work outs in. Plus, this condo had a washer and dryer, which is always high on my list when traveling with little ones. This place is truly a hidden gem, just wonderful and relaxing. I am already planning my next trip to The Big Island and booking this place now!

Our recent stay on the Big Island exceeded all expectations. This condo was amazing and had everything we needed for our family of five. The property was in a very nice gated neighborhood, felt very safe, and was well maintained. It\'s perfect location was far enough away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy quiet and privacy, but close enough to shopping, dining, and of course water access! The condo was very clean and had a cozy and luxurious feel with a Hawaiin theme throughout. We appreciated that the condo included everything we could need for our time indoors and outdoors. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were clean and very comfortable and we especially liked that each bathroom had pump shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the showers. It also had a washer and dryer which allowed us to pack lightly. It also included everything we needed for a day at the beach, including body boards, sand toys, snorkel gear, etc so we didn\'t have to rent or buy. When we arrived there was a nice little welcome basket waiting for us. And of course we can\'t forget the view! We enjoyed morning coffee and evening bbq\'s with a view of some of the bluest water. We also enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi that are on site. We would definitely recommend and use Grand Welcome to stay in this condo again.

Our stay at Na Hale O Keauhou #I1 exceeded all expectations! This was our first visit to Hawaii and this was the most comfortable and enjoyable place to stay while experiencing the Big Island. The home was very clean upon arrival, Hawaiian theme throughout, with a luxury and cozy feel. The beds were very comfortable and an appreciated sight afer a long day of travel. The gated neighborhood was very clean and felt very safe.
The pool and jacuzzi were so nice and refreshing at the end of the day. The home had everything we needed and more for our stay away from home. Beach towels, snorkel gear, body boards for the kids, beach chairs and cooler, all the things for a day at the beach. The washer/dryer and shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser in each bathroom were a huge plus to allowing us to pack light! Perfect location- very quiet and private, but close enough to shopping, dining, and the most amazing beaches just a five minute drive away! Doesn\'t get any better!
Our favorite was enjoying morning coffee and evening fresh catch BBQ with a view! Highly recommend, we would stay here again and again!

The perfect place to stay for our trip to the Big Island!!!

Our stay at this condo was way beyond out expectations. The unit was extremely clean and well decorated with a great island vibe. We arrived late at night and waking up to the tropical paradise was simply grand. The weather was perfect and a great respite from rainy Portland, OR.
The three spacious bedrooms with their our bathroom was perfect for our family of five. The master bedroom was especially luxurious with a soaker tub, large shower, comfortable king bed and it\'s own private balcony. The well appointed kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The lanai afforded us many delightful evenings to grill fresh fish, enjoy yummy tropical fruit complete with cocktails and spectacular sunset views over the ocean.
The location is ideal for day trips up and down the west coast of the island to visit beaches for snorkeling, watching turtles and exploring tide pools. One of the best snorkeling beaches is a short walk away! The charming town of Kona is very close and has great shopping and restaurant/bars with fresh local cuisine.
At the end of the day, the jacuzzi and pool was perfect for lounging and relaxing.
Our stay here was one of our most favorite vacations and we can\'t wait to go back!

Home away from home!

This place is dreamy! Beautifully decorated, well-appointed, immaculately clean, and so very comfortable! Prepare meals in a gorgeous kitchen and eat on the private lanai—or maybe you want to grill fresh fish from the market, while watching the sun set over the ocean!
Walk to a nearby shopping center for all your basic needs, or drive just a few miles to the fun beach town of Kona, where you’ll find fabulous restaurants and cute shops.
Want an adventure? Everything is within reach on this island, including one of the best snorkeling spots on the island, which is walking distance from the condo!!! We started every day with a cup of coffee on the private lanai off the master bedroom, and most days ended with a refreshing swim in the pool or luxurious soak in the jacuzzi.
This was ideal for our family, and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Amazing!

My family and I stayed in I1 for a week in September 2022. My first initial impression of the complex was that it is very well maintained, clean, quiet and safe. It is a gated community that requires a code to enter the complex and an additional code/key to enter each home. It is close to the Keauhou Shopping Center which has several restaurants, shops, a drug store, grocery store, and more. It is also close to a small beach area where my daughter had fun watching the sea turtles. The condo itself is very well appointed with everything you could need to enjoy your stay. We grilled out multiple times and made lots of blended beverages! We had no worries when it came to accommodating our 1 year old baby as the condo has a pack and play, high chair, baby walker, and beach toys. There are plenty of fresh linens, towels, beach towels and blankets for use if needed. All three showers also have body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers which was a huge bonus!
If you\'re looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-appointed home to enjoy your vacation in, don\'t hesitate in booking this condo!
