Escape to the relaxing Sea Ranch with a vacation at Pelican’s Landing. This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom rental features a cozy interior and a prime location perched on the bluff. Enjoy the gorgeous oceanfront views from nearly every room and having the bluff trail at their doorstep. The Del Mar Recreation Center is a 10-minute walk away, and a quick drive down PCH leads to the Sea Ranch Golf Links, the Gualala Point Regional Park, and the Shell Beach Access Trail.

The inside of Pelican’s Landing showcases and open floorplan seamlessly connecting a living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating gathered around a gas fireplace and Smart TV (with streaming services such as Netflix and Hulu). Relax here with family and friends while watching a movie or simply enjoying watching the blue ocean waves roll in. WIFI is also provided throughout the home for your convenience.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with updated stainless steel appliances and a kitchen island with seating for 2. Smaller kitchen appliances include a blender, toaster, coffee maker, slow cooker, and wine ware. Dine over a home cooked meal with all your guests at the dining table just steps away. The dining table has seating for 8.

Plenty of your time will be spent outside on the back deck. The deck is clad with 2 patio chairs perfect for sipping a glass of vino while watching a breathtaking sunset over the Pacific Ocean.

For safety reasons, children under 18 are not allowed. Pets are strictly not allowed due to allergies. There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed.

The Sea Ranch is a planned community with over 3000 acres featuring: The Historic Sea Ranch Chapel, The Sea Ranch lodge (restaurant and shopping), a 50-mile trail system with 6 public beach access points, 18-hole golf course (open to the public), dog park, and 3 recreation centers with outdoor pools, locker rooms, half-basketball court, and tennis courts (amenities vary with each center) for guest use. RV's, trailers, or mobile homes are strictly not allowed.

Amazing property, view, amenities and experience

We celebrated my wife\'s birthday at Pelican\'s Landing. We had researched the property before booking and were excited to stay there. One thing that stood out immediately was the view. This property has one of the best views and property locations in Sea Ranch. There is a trail for easy hiking right behind the property. Another amazing quality, was how well the kitchen was stocked. We had brought our heavy Kitchenaid mixer to make food, and were pleasantly surprised to see one on the counter! There were plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans and other amenities. The furniture was very comfortable to lounge on and we spent a ton of time in the living room. Finally, the dining table was lovely to enjoy our many meals on! Will definitely look to stay here again.

Great location and home, primary bed sub-par

This home gets 5 starts for location, layout, cleanliness and overall vibe, but there is room for improvement with the primary bed and bedding. My family and I spent 4 nights here and really loved the direct access to the coastal bluff trails, the close proximity to the beaches and all the Sea Ranch has to offer. The kitchen was well outfitted for cooking meals (we did lots of that) and the propane grill was great for BBQing. We spent hours just looking at the ocean, observing the comings and goings of the wildlife, and the lovely solitude. A huge bummer for us was the horrible primary bed. The mattress was rock hard, and although supposed to be a queen size, it feel like a full. My husband and I appreciate a firm mattress but this was just like sleeping on a hard floor We both had a challenging time sleeping throughout entire stay and woke up with aches and pains. The bedding that was provided was cheap and there were no extra blankets or pillow cases found in the home, even though there were extra pillow in the closets. We are very experienced with vacation rentals and the primary bed situation is a deal breaker for us- if not for that I would be rebooking our next Sea Ranch stay here for the fall.

Hope to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay! The amazing views of the ocean cannot be beat from this beautiful and well-maintained house. Others have commented about the annoying check in and check out process, but it really wasn’t that bad given that the house is located at the north end of SeanRanch, and is not that far from Gualala to pick up the keys. It was certainly worth that tiny extra effort to stay at this amazing place. It was very clean abc well-equipped. Everything went well, and we hope to come back!

Stunning Home and view!

This home has it all. Beautifully decorated. spacious, hot tub, huge 75 inch tv, and kitchen has all amenities for cooking. The ocean views from this home are spectacular. The trails to hike the bluff are 25 feet from your door. We will be back!

Overall awesome

The property and house was great! The location was amazing! The house had everything, large open concept, hot tub on deck, large master and a great kitchen. Also, the kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to cook. My wife and I were there for four days and cooked every night. If I was going to comment on anything negative, and this is just me being picky, because the property was amazing, I would ask for a tv in the master. Also, there was a little bit of an ant issue in kitchen but it’s the coast. Overall amazing property and can’t wait to come back

Stunning!!!!!!

We got married here!!!! Yep, right in front of the fireplace overlooking the ocean. The home is so beautiful with breathtaking views and it was the perfect setting for our pandemic safe wedding of 5. This is a beautiful home stocked well with amenities and the view if utterly fantastic. Quiet and beautiful. This place will hold a special memory in my heart forever.

Great house

No mattress in master bedroom. We had to sleep on a very hard Boxspring mattress and did not complain as we had 4 guests and we didn’t want to ruin their trips. We should get some refund credit because of this.

Great girls weekend!

Wonderful house! We love staying there. Location couldn't be beat, ocean views across the house were amazing, even from the hot tub. Amazing sunrises and sunsets. Love the open floor plan of kitchen and living room. Wifi was strong enough for us to all school and work from there! Only quibble would be that there's a slight ant problem on the counters and in the dishwasher. We've been coming to Sea Ranch for YEARS and this was a great place to stay. Especially restorative during the pandemic. People were great at staying masked on trails too.
