Located in the heart of Mammoth, this 1 bedroom/1 bath condo is perfect for the ideal mountain getaway. You'll be within walking distance to numerous shops, cafes, restaurants, and Vons! A short drive will take you to the Village or the Eagle Express chairlift. During the winter, the red line travels to and from the Village and Main Lodge. Golfing, hiking, and biking trails are also close by.
The contemporary living room is comfortably situated a flat screen TV and a pellet stove around comfortable seating. Gather around after a long day on the slopes with some board games and hot chocolate!
The kitchen is well equipped with a Nespresso and a drip coffee maker to start off your day with a kick of caffeine. There is a slow cooker, blender, toaster, wine ware and more to enjoy homemade meals before heading out for a day of adventure. The dining table is great for a family dinner and seats 7 people. If you don't feel like cooking, there are numerous restaurants that are walking distance!
When it's time to call it a night, retire to the Queen bedroom furnished with a Smart TV to stream your favorite Netflix, Hulu or Amazon Prime specials (please log into your own account). The bathroom is right across the hall and has a shower/tub combo. There is a Queen murphy bed in the dining area for 2.
Sierra Manors offers outdoor parking for one vehicle, 3 enclosed spas, a recreation room, and shared laundry facilities. The pool, hot tub, and BBQ stations are only open during the summer.
Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs, with an additional Pet Fee of $35.00 per pet per day. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing Dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee.

Standard 1/1 rental

We stayed for a week. The condo was just what we were looking for. We were working and riding. Wi-Fi worked, neighbors were quiet, everything in the condo was working. The check in code didn’t work. They made us run around the complex to find another unit 46, which of course there wasn’t. The heater in bedroom is very loud. Recommend bring your own space heater during cooler days. The best part was the ice machine! The ottoman bed was comfortable. Water heater didn’t cover two showers. Great location!

Great place for vacation getaways

Love the place had everything my family needed. Only think that sucks its parking at night. Where u need to hope u find parking. I had to shovel some snow to make a parking spot. But overall great place.

Great location.

The place is centrally located to the mtn and local eateries. Good for 1 or 2 people max. It even has laundry facility even though located in the closet of the bedroom. My only complaint was after the pellet stove ran out of pellets, I called management to get more. I was told that the owners didn't provide it. Mind you the main heater is something else, but the pellet stove provided a nice source of heat at night.

Cozy get away

Our stay was pleasant and relatively short. The check-in process was easy and we had no issues. The proximity to the bus stop to head to ski/ride was awesome and I highly recommend parking the car and taking the FREE public transit. You are walkable to everything in 'old Mammoth' and also the proximity to the paved bike trail around town was excellent. The space itself has a LOT of furniture which can make it feel a little crowded if you have more than a couple of people.

Cozy get away

Downtown convenient condo

This was our first time staying downtown and we loved the convenience. Condo was clean, well stocked with kitchen items. Also really loved having laundry. Pellet stove kept us warm during the spring snow storm - and yes they had lots of extra blankets. Complex was relatively quiet as well with very sweet neighbors.

The good and the not so good...

The unit is comfortable and well equipped for staying inside during a severe snowstorm, which started right when we arrived! Especially appreciated the abundence of blankets, which I need! The kitchen is supplied with all the cooking utensils, etc... you will need. The neighbors in the condo complex were also awesome. My husband parked the car incorrectly and of course the car got stuck in the snow. Greg was so kind and got it out and moved it for us. The neighborhood offers wonderful restaurants, a grocery store and a movie theatre all within walking distance. There are a few things that the owners might consider repairing and or upgrading. The heater in the bedroom was quite noisy and woke me up every time that it went on at night. The kitchen does not seem to handle electricity very well. We had to move the coffee machine (off the kitchen circuit) to prevent the electricity from shutting off while brewing. We had to flip the circuit many times. Also the lock on the bathroom door does not work properly. When locked, the door can still be opened from the outside. Our checkout time was 10:00 am. At 8:50 am, the cleaning person was putting the code in the door in an attempt to enter. Yes, she should have knocked first! I opened the door for her as she wanted to drop off a bag of something.

Clean, Comfy, and Convenient

I rented this space with three other adults for a snowboarding trip, and we had a great stay overall. It definitely felt like it was newly remodeled; it was very clean and modern with updated appliances, as the photos pretty accurately represent. The furniture and overall space was very comfortable for a group of four.
We particularly enjoyed the open kitchen layout, the very nice sink and dishwasher, and the in-unit washer and dryer (especially for gear that didn't quite dry out overnight). There were even really nice bookshelf-style games we could play, though we ran out of time to break in the monopoly game in the evenings. We were told to bring spices if we wanted to cook, but there was actually a relatively comprehensive spice rack in the kitchen, as well as more cooking utensils than we were expecting.
We only had two small issues. The first was that we ran out of pellets to keep a fire going on the first night, which wasn't a big deal because it didn't affect our ability to keep the heat up. It was just kind of fun to have a little fire going. The second was that we found the floor of the tub got REALLY slippery when using bath products (especially when rinsing out conditioner), and two in our group almost fell (we are all in our early thirties). I would probably recommend that the owners put an anti-slip mat on the floor of the tub to be safe.
The location really is convenient; right by several shuttle stations, and within walking distance of two grocery stores and many restaurants and bars. It's also great to find such a comfortable pet-friendly option.
Overall, would definitely recommend this property!
