Matthew has over 15 years of business management experience and for the past five years has owned and operated a successful insurance agency in Cincinnati. For the past decade, Matthew has grown an impressive personal short-term rental portfolio that includes over 17 properties in Nashville and Cincinnati.
Matthew has designed a team of managers, contractors, and real estate professionals to operate the best vacation rental company in the area. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, kayaking, golfing, listening to live music, bringing old houses back to life, and spending time with his family.
